Pretty sure it's the consumer's business, considering they're the other end of that business.

I wouldn't say that. For example, Massive came right out and said, "Hey, we're gonna have microtransactions in our game. But it won't be forced upon you." Then turned around and made it so you can still unlock all of the items in game by just playing the game. I haven't spent one extra penny on the game since the initial 60 bucks for it.

I haven't bought an Assassin's Creed game since ACIV Black Flag. That one was dope. I usually do that with franchises though. It's rare to see a large jump in quality from one iteration to the next. So skipping a few usually adds to the excitement. I'll likely pick up the next one. But man, I would love to get my hands on another Splinter Cell game... but it's gotta go back to its roots, completely stealth, none of this run and gun stuff they put in the last couple.

I don't understand how EA keeps getting all these dope licenses. Star Wars, Anthem, Need for Speed, Mass Effect... all of those titles would produce much better games under a different publisher. Like, how does one studio see EA's terrible history and go, "Yes, we'll be happy to sign with EA!" Money can't be everything. Makes me so angry.

Complains about having to be in cover in a cover based looter shooter? Lost me there. I guess no one got the memo about cover being your friend in this one. I dunno, a lot of the negatives he spoke on are things that will eventually be fixed, like the UI, or even more specifically the keybinding for gamepad that uses the same trigger for sorting items and/or deconstructing them? Whatever that one is, it's fixed now, as of today. It's hard to review a game that runs as a game as a serv...

I played Anthem for about 3hrs with my bro, and I realized then that it wasn't a good game. I literally said to my bro, "Yeahhh... this game isn't very good." I'm still hoping they shape it into something within the next year or two so I can come back to it. But honestly, there will be more and better games out by then.

I've seen others mention the graphics loading is a problem on PS4. That sucks. Runs good on PC.

This guy said a 5.0, lmao. Ok man, sure. I hope no one reads this and decides not to get it tho. I understand opinions, but when they're this off base, you shouldn't share your opinion. First off, there are way more than 3 enemy types, and the so called "generic bosses" you're referring to actually differ in many ways that you lack the awareness to identify. One might have a flame thrower, another might have a heavy machine gun, another might have a giant hammer and will...

I'm not even clicking on this. You serious? A 4 out of 10? I've put in almost 40hrs already in this game and there's still so much to do and learn. Combat is great, skills are cool, level design is a 10/10. I haven't tried PVP, but I enjoyed it in beta. The only bad thing about this game is bugs. Which they've ironed out so many already in just the first week, with a patch incoming that'll fix a large portion of the remaining bugs. At the very least, this game deserves...

The Division 2 hasn't released any info beyond PC specs. Everyone wants to do this secrecy stuff. I get it, builds hype, but it's super annoying.

I hate exclusives, and I'm a PC fanboy, but I can admit that even just watching people stream Spiderman was exciting, can only imagine how it feels actually playing it. Not sure what game this guy played...

Haven't bought one since Battlefield Bad Company 2. But I think it's mostly because of my age and how I've just kind of grown out of games like that. I even picked up the more recent WWII edition of Call of Duty, just couldn't stick with it. Now I'm more into games that come as a service that gets multiple updates, patches, and expansions like Destiny, The Division, and maybe Anthem (still on the fence on this one, it is EA publishing it, so one can't help but be skept...

LOL, I don't play BF, but I couldn't help but chuckle at your last point about being in the white area to capture a point. It's exactly the same in Destiny 2. I'll see guys standing outside the circle, in PVP and even in heroic public events that require you to stand in the circle to complete the objective. I find it frustrating sometimes when it's the easiest thing to do, stand in the circle, scan the area for enemies.

Think I'll continue to wait on this one then. Get it on discount.

Just like the last one.

Yep! AI definitely should be the focus for devs. One of the main reasons I can't wait to play RDR2 on PC is because of the way they designed the animations of the AI. They did a featurette before the game released that showcased how the bodies of AI would react to each individual bullet, and the death animation would coincide with the bullet animations.

It's also one of the things I'm keeping a close eye on with The Division 2. Not so much how enemies die, but ...

Crazy that all of that wasn't in the game at launch. If you can't get everything you need in there, push the date back. So ridiculous. Wish gamers would unite and boycott the gaming industry. Pretty much every studio releases unfinished games now. But it's because we, the consumers, let them get away with it for so many years.

I'm glad my bro decided not to move to China. He would go insane without his PUBG.

They should've stopped at 2. I don't know about anyone else, but it just seems like they're taking the same game and rehashing the graphics. A game I'd like to use as a comparison is Far Cry, when it comes to changing up the atmosphere of the game. The maps are always very forest heavy and typically on an island of some sort outside of the most recent iteration, but they somehow seem to always have their own feel to it. Swamps, lakes, river beds, palm trees, pine trees. I just...

Exactly what I was thinking. Tons of people rarely go looking for this info. Unless there's some type of acknowledgement in game, recommending customers contact them for the right bag, most won't even realize there is a canvas bag.
