Yeah, you got a point there, vibrant colours are easier to see then dark muddy colours of course. It all depends on what you're looking for though, isn't it? Look at Dead Space's cover, all mostly very dark and muddy colours. Showing a dark, mature theme, and the severed hand helps also :p

But the cover of a game serves as a sort of "first impression" that a casual passer by gets, and by casual I mean someone who doesn't visit video game sites often. The target audience of this game are mainly teenagers and older, not anyone younger. Which is why this cover doesn't really work, it's not conveying the dark theme that's present in the game, instead it looks a bit too vibrant for that.
But that's just my opinion.

Or that could be the best time to play some games on killzone 2. Once everyone has migrated away to MW2, you have a better chance of getting in to that top 1%.
You could just rent it. I'm surprised Terminator only has 12 trophies, I thought there was some kind of minimum for retail games. 12 is really low, but hey, they're all gold. :)

That footage they showed looked a lot darker than the original. the zombies actually looked scary :P

Um, did anyone else notice that they used parts from the original trailer, mixed them up a bit, and called it "extended". I could swear I've seen all those parts in the original trailer.
Anyway, this game looks great. I expect nothing less from Insomniac, great visuals, great animations, and some fun looking weapons. I wouldn't mind co-op & MP either.
I'm pretty sure about a year ago they were testing 3D Tv's that didn't require any glasses. Just search around a bit, I'm sure you'll find articles about it.
But yeah, it would be annoying. Worse than losing the remote control :p
Three maps I believe, with one game mode (don't quote me on it though)
Anyway, looking forward to this. I hope they're using the updated frostbite engine for this. Should be great :)
