I play Forza 6 Apex now at 4K 60fps on Ultra. Settings are similar to Horizon.
HDR is a feature - I have a HDR Sony 55". If you get a chance to try HDR, then get back to me because then you'll know my reference point.

Yup. I can see this happening with Horizon 3 too. I was up for Xbox Anywhere but MS are crapping on the Win 10 side. Ive got my rig kicking out 4K to a Sony X85C - thats a 2015 model which is HDR.
I think if MS has the narrow minded view that all PC gamers are inches away from a monitor, they need to stick with Xbox S.

You can see enough of a difference to get an idea of HDR. Its very impressive on streaming on the few Netflix titles available for me. Gaming is going to really impress people once they see it with thier own retina's.

I think its great to have a demo - shows the quality. No PC demo pre launch however means the unified Windows platform is not as marketed and probably means the PC version is a broken mess. Shame MS's aim to go up against Steam with Xbox blockbusters is still wheelspinning in the same spot.

Seriously, the Buzz letters are HDR. people thinking that this changes everything are seriously deluded. I have a Sony 55' 4K - setting Dynamic range to full and playing on a Rig with HDR enabled just increases the colour saturation and contrasting level. With a HDR 4K tv? It won't be a world away.

It was strange to see people gushing over these types of games on my Vive. Job Sim was free when I bought mine. I 'played' it for 10 mins at the most - utterly mundane shite.
'Free pass' for Hello games? The games been out a day and I guess most players are enjoying the experience but some are having a meltdown. You need to refund on Steam and go back to generic shite like COD. Open season on this game and negativity means indie devs work on the same old boring generic crap. If you can't appreciate what they've delivered because you need to be guided around a game with kiddy reins on your back - don't vent it out on hatred over a few early hicc...
Now I'm a Forza player who recently went VR ready and got a Vive. PC now has Vive support so Dl'ed that and grabbed Assetto Corsa as it was on sale. Glued to Corsa and PC feels more like Forza - driving sim it is not. Sure as shit isn't 9/10 either.
Had my Vive for a week now and tried PSVR a month ago - to the naysayers, you are wrong.

Don't get me wrong-I'm really looking forward to seeing what PSVR can do, probs just need to be ironed out. The move controllers aren't accurate enough - once you get a disconnect the experience is ruined.
So glad I sold my Vive, great tech but out and out gaming PSVR will rule. Rift and Vive are way over priced.
