You know the only reason I clicked on this was to understand what dig was supposed to mean in this title... Then I see a lot of people who are turning a blind eye to the issue that amazon was poking at in their statement. (My bad for being curious I guess)
@Vallencer
I have to agree with Godmars290. A lot of people like myself actually spend more time playing single player games, as multiplayer games I most times reserve for PC play. In which case paying that 60 dolla...
I definitely can agree with Super mario RPG, chrono series and Legend of Dragoon (LOD being the most wanted for me) I think the others are not all that necessary. I mean, would another Earthworm Jim be relevant today? And I found Dino Crisis ran its course, unless they kinda did a reboot/remake of the first game... I could get into that.
I don't get the argument, I would like to hope Sony will be doing good and delivering as I have bought a ps4, do I care to worry about if Sony will "deliver" great stuff in the future. Well if they want to survive as a company they will. I don't think they have given up yet, and its just idiocy to think they might.
Also on the flip side of things, every console seems to be pretty stagnant with its games right now.
E3 is where it will be. Ju...
Sadly, I can see that coming to light. My visions of it though is any load screens would result in ads being present. Or if no loading times, there will be cuts in gameplay to show an ad. Worst case scenario would be a constant ad banner on the top/bottom of the screen. Or maybe the cuts in gameplay would be the worst I suppose...
I really love this! Lol trade in value for digital games!
@thepope
That's ludicrous.
If anything it just means it's not quite where they want it to be yet. They may have just slight issues and may not want the public to be concerned about it. As we all know if they came out and said there were a few minor issues they need to smooth out or anything the Internet would be in uproar...
Oh that was awesomely hilarious! Lol
I don't think this game deserves a 2/5. I would give it a 3/5 if anything. Also the problems this reviewer is having seems like an isolated incident for the most part.
I actually agree with christocolus, although it wouldn't be how I put it. The xb1 has its fair share of games and even more to come out. So does the ps4. The xb1 isn't a bad console at all, although I do disagree with the esram in it but who knows what they have planned in the future with it.
I see this and I'm excited, however I hope it really is quality stuff. I mean that's a lot. I don't want the ps store to become cluttered with bad games.
While that is true, certain games like mmorpgs would work fine with that. examples are that (and please do correct me if i'm wrong) FF14ARR does ps3 and pc play and same with DCUO for ps3 and pc (and ps4?).
@twelvebithero
They haven't come out to say yet that morpheus won't be compatible on computers, at GDC they just said they couldn't comment on it yet. If the DS4 is compatible with PC I don't see why the morpheus won't be.
However, if it is not, then I'm just going to go with the occulus rift instead... well if that doesn't get messed up yet (I don't trust facebook).
Making the morpheus a ps4 only peripheral ...
Well in my opinion, this might just be the last generation for "consoles" as where do you go from here with consoles... computers! while I don't think they will be flat out making computers as the next consoles I feel that next might come to be the time where we can upgrade the consoles like we could computers instead. Buying new component for our systems instead of just buying a whole knew one. I mean, it would make the most logical sense wouldn't it?
because fanboys are everywhere on the internet. you can't say any one gaming platform without someone opening their mouth to tell you something else is better... lol
@frostypants
Your 3rd deffinition can easily say that you can be suspicious of something positive
"a feeling of doubt"
Can you not have a feeling of doubt that someone is nice? Feeling of doubt that someone will be doing something positive? Yes the title can be misleading but if your only reason for reading something like this is to read something bad about Sony then sorry if your so disappointed.
People on here are confusing cloud rendering with cloud computing as I have seen with the titanfall AI argument. Computing is only a few mbs most of the time and can easily be done, cloud rendering to a game based on a disk will take gbs of data to work with it.
Also, psnow can be done as its all purely streaming. However I'm not without my skepticism on it either. There can be lag to streaming and much latency but it's still not going to be much of a problem as clou...
@Lukes
In terms of graphical fidelity. It will be a small boost. In terms of computing capability it is quite big. Not 100 percent sure but I belive for the most part in games you should see improving fps in games that use it.
@u got owned
The 50% cpu power doesn't tell us much on the overall graphic processing power that improves stuff like resolution and texture qualities... For all we know it might not be even enough improvement to notice.
I agree with having bots in titanfall... However, I would like them to be at least a bit better. They were too easy.
Man, that has to be a joke. You know nothing of the culture there, it's going to be the worst of all consoles sold there more than likely.
I don't know why everyone is so worked up about this. This isn't the end of Sony, nor is it a situation for consumers to worry about. The only reason you should be worrying is if you worked for Sony. For the rest of us, the "issue" will be resolved on its own.
