GTA4 is using The Euphoria and Molecular Matter physics engines by ILM. There is one other game using those engines right now. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. So ya, the damage and ragdoll are going to be something we've never seen before in a game.
on PierSolar.com, they say they are bringing out a pc demo of the first chapter soon. I will purchase this any way I can. I hope gaming sites review it.
