I dunno, while Empires does contain the core Dynasty Warriors gameplay, it does add a new dimension at least.
I only played the demo, but it was kinda fun. Graphics were a bit sketchy though.
Well, I heard it's got a pretty good single-player campaign, as well as local multiplayer. Not sure about online though.
Hopefully they add more to the game than they did with Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires. o.o
It looks like Play.com have it as well, so most retailers will probably be stocking it too.

Pretty crazy that they'd make a lighter to accompany a Final Fantasy game.
It's still Tower Defence at heart, but I think this time around they've tried to add a lot more depth to the system.
Pretty solid game really, multiplayer could definitely be fun.
I wonder if they'll list him as English, like Virtua Tennis did. Oopsy. :P
