Well, they did it with Monkey Island.
I just hope she integrates well with the overall gameplay so it doesn't feel disjointed.
From what I've seen, this was a ton of fun.
It did worry me when they openly admitted they were ripping off Gears of War, but it seems to be coming along ok.
Yea, although there isn't much originality.
I think they're really worried about the timing, especially with the imminent Vita launch.
With all those previous games, they announced a Western release pretty early on. For Type-0, they've said nothing.
I can't wait to see what PlatinumGames are doing next after Anarchy Reigns.
I'm still quite worried about The Old Republic.
A really great game.
Seems like their line-up could be quite thin this year.
I really hope we'll see Metal Gear Solid 5. I just hope it has a lot more substance than MGS4 though - with a solid new story arch.
Battlefield 3 for me. Black Ops was too much of a bad experience.
It worked kind of well for Medal of Honor, but that was only two and one part of the game was significantly better than the other.
It wouldn't surprise me - we're more than likely to see Chrono Trigger appear on iPhone soon.
They would have gone even further downhill had they not done the Enix merger. :p
Oh yeaaa.
Yes, highest profits, but not net profits. They made 102.8 million net profit in that year, in 2005 they made 157.9 million in net profit.
You realise that aside from 2009, Square Enix has seen a decline in its profits every year since 2005?
The latest, of course, was a huge deficit. I'd hardly say that's delusional - you're the one who's delusional.
Edit: I meant NET profits, not profits.
It is easy to criticise, that's true, but Square Enix do themselves no favours. None of the other publishers are having anywhere near the amount of troubles that Square Enix are - and very few of them have had to compromise on their principles as much as Square Enix has.
Really can't wait for this game.
