Oh please, COD4 just looks like a last gen game compared to Killzone 2. I can't even play anymore twitch shooters like COD4 or Halo or anything after playing Killzone 2. They feel so old fashioned and boring. Killzone 2 raised the bar ridiculously high. It's a shame that it didn't have hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing behind it so it could become the next Halo.
I hope it's like the arcade game Moonwalker. That was an awesome game.

Motion captured sounds perfect. I really hope this MK comes out good. They should take notes from SF4. A 2D gameplay 3D Mortal Kombat would be brilliant.
Wow, I didn't realize how crappy Activision was until I saw this list. None of them interest me at all except Modern Warfare 2 which doesn't even seem up to par with Killzone 2.
I am happy that Activision made this thread though and hopefully Sony drops the price soon. A price drop for the PS3 would really be great and I know tons of people who would buy a PS3 once they do.
Not really. More stupid gimmicky features. When they announce something significant, like a place you can go to get random online battles instead of dealing with this friend-code BS, then I'll get excited.
Gonna go with BS also. However I think it would be amazing if they released at the same time as Forza just to mess with them for all the s*** talking they do.
Glad to hear it but they better not just release T.Hawk and DeeJay who were supposed to be DLC for SF4 and then call it SF4 Super Duper Edition HX Hyper. They need to make some serious changes and serious additions.

Looks awesome and seems to do a lot of what Natal can do.
Halo generates sales for the same reason that Britney Spears does. They're nothing special, hell they're not even up to par with real musicians/games, but it's the name they have. People buy it because of the name. A name that has had millions or billions of dollars in marketing thrown behind it (Microsoft actually spent more money marketing Halo than they got in profits from sales).
I usually hate when non-news stuff is posted but this is much closer to being news than something like "why this game is overrated" or other opinion pieces.

And...? What's your point? Twitch FPS games feel like outdated crap after playing something like Killzone 2. I'm a PC gamer and I will admit this, I don't even like using keyboard+mouse anymore after Killzone 2. Feels so outdated and the gameplay is always the same with this setup.
The only thing left that's worth using keyboard+mouse for is RTS (my fav genre).
Didn't look that great to me. After playing Killzone 2, an old twitch style FPS like Call of Duty or Half-Life just won't cut it anymore. Hopefully the online is something special because the campaign looked average.
