Actually it's quite possible, even an $80 dollar mid range GPU is about 3x faster then a 7800GTX nowa days.

Now with Nintendo buying them in bulk it's not beyond the realm of possibility they could get that down to the $40 dollar range.

I think 256GB of storage is a little overkill, my gaming PC is still rocking a 160GB HD.

Also 256 is a figure that applies to bit rates, it has nothing to do with storage sizes.

I would put a Dinosaur from Turok in place of my Mass Effect main character and fly around in my space ship saving the galaxy and making out with alien chicks.

@Kran,

Give me a few billion and a massive corporation infrastructure with 1000s of employees and specialists.

And not only will I make you a secure network for millions of users, I will also give you a magical flying carpet that you can show off to your friends at your next pot session.

@NeutralGamer

Regardless of how wrong, ignorant and moronic DarkFantasy's comment is he's talking about hacking PSN.

To hack PSN all you need is a good old computer, and an internet connection.

Midnyt,

Your missing the point, everyone knows the characters aren't real.

But it still give you an extra level of involvement and immersion in the game. It's just basic imagination something doesn't have to be real for you to find it attractive.

Read an adult story or even just do what the Japanese do and look at some Hentai.

Regardless of if it's real or not there's still that level of immersion.

Then you must have a level of undying blind loyalty.

If the Playstation network going down for 10 days, and the possible loss of your personal details to hackers hasn't tested your confidence.

If you honestly think it needs to be a room full of 360 fanboys, for people to say there confidence in Sony has been tested then dam your an idiot.

Ermmm according to Sony themselves are personal information could have been stolen.

And regardless of if my credit card info was kept safe I still want answers. X-random person online could now know where I live my post code my full name and my date of birth.

And why am happy to give that information out to reliable sources, I am certainly not happy about it being sold on the black market as advertising info.

So I do believe Sony owes me an a...

Sony have openly stated, someone has been able to infiltrate there network and steal the personal information of a possible 77 million members.

Regardless of if are credit card information was kept safe someone still needs to ask questions. Am not entirely conformable with "cyber terrorists" knowing everything about me.

From my date of birth to where I live and my full name. Fact is my personal information was stolen due to poor security.

Fact is Microsoft still have ALOT more experience dealing with security threats then Sony.

The hacking community working against Windows OS for whatever reason must be at least 500x bigger then the hacking community working against the PS3.

There's a lot more money in hacking windows then there is in hacking the PS3. Only the most blind loyal fanboys on the planet would try and pretend Microsoft ain't better then Sony when it comes to security.

Istanbull, I wasn't aware there was a very high failure rate of the 360 slim.

Mind pointing out a source stating high failure rates of that model, or are you just speaking out your ass about it still happening?

Yeah killing another for brand loyalty doesn't really bold well for the future of the human race.

The fact any hacker knows where I live how old I am and what my name is, is plenty reason enough to be pissed of as far as am concerned.

Someone just got millions, upon millions worth of advertising data. And I for one don't want me email account being spam central.

And please don't start with the "blame the hackers buh hu" If I left my money in a bank and they decided to leave the vault door open and get robbed, Am going to blame the blood...

It's a free service that requires a 299 adoption fee.

It's also advertised on that box of that 299 adoption fee that it comes with "free online" and access to the PSN store.

It's not given to us out of the goodness of Sony's heart it's part of are PS3 bundle. So don't act like Sony can take it away whenever they want.

If Sony decided tomorrow, right PS3 gamers can't go online any more they would get su...
