Dude the alpha leaked videos are obviously compressed. Also you can see the effects in the leaked alpha videos are pretty awesome even though they are not the actual resolution do to video compression...Check this out the non compressed footage running on XBOX 1 looks pretty much the same as the PS4 E3 trailer!!

The negativity comes from the long wait, Ubisoft should of kept this a secret, and not shown the coop story mode until E3 2015 and surprised that being said I think this leaked alpha footage looks fantastic gameplay wise. Some of you are commenting on the visuals well it's obvious the video is compressed and not the full resolution of the actual game.

Honestly I think the game looks pretty good, this is just compressed video, if you can see through all that the effects present are pretty slick. Maybe not quite the level of 2013 but pretty close and this is probably going to look a bit better on other platforms, and again it's alpha, visuals will upgrade for beta and probably again for final release.
I'm just tired of the lack of stricked single player games no coop or stricked multiplayer no coop... Star Wars battlefront coop is barely a mode no story and an ok multiplayer game, And what the f*ck did Ubisoft do to Rainbow Six, I remember Rainbow Six 3 on the original Xbox some of the best online coop moments I've ever had to date... So I'm glad the division is coop focus first and multiplayer second. Looks pretty good so far

It does not contain a GPU as far as I know just a CPU... Chips are actually very cheap even the PS4 processors are relatively cheap... The most expensive part of the PSVR is going to be the screen. The processing unit will not necessary be for rendering but more for the tasks I said 3D audio, interpolation, and tracking of the headset and controllers to alleviate the PS4 of these tasks.
It was stated in a Sony Developer keynote that it does indeed add processing power to the PS4. It's referred to as the Processsing Unit or PU. The PU takes care of all the tracking, 3D audio as well as many other things. This lets devs have full access to the CPU/GPU without having it do those additional tasks.
Well luckily for VR looks like there's plenty of good and maybe even great titles for both PSVR and Oculus. Elite Dangerous, RIGS, and I believe Heist are all launch titles for PSVR.,. It seems like there are other good games that are near launch or launch titles like battle zone that look like tons of fun too.
Actually the screen door effect is not really a problem with PSVR because the OLED features individual sub pixel colors. Also the OLED pixel density is higher towards the center of each eye and they use special optics that assist in eliminating screen door. So they do more with less the VR appears to run at a higher resolution than it really is because they take adavantage of the fact you focus in the center of the screen.
I think it will sell much more than that... Probably more like 8-10 million

Honestly as weird as this sounds it's much too far into this Gen for MS to have a real answer to PSVR. Also I think MS is waiting to see how successful PSVR is before they jump in, kudos to Sony this round, I've been an Xbox guy since I in love with the original Halo and XBL. This gen it's been all PS4 for me; I have both consoles though.

I've yet to hear one person until this guy complain about input lag on either PSVR or Oculus in fact the input lag is on those devices is lower than that of any TV I've seen. My Plasma TV has 38 millisecond delay I enjoy games fine on my TV. I know VR it's more important but under 20 milliseconds is damn fast.
Also I don't think the Devs of Eve Valkyrie or RIGS think it's a gimmick nor do their games look like gimmicks whatsoever.

I still think they are holding off showing No Mans Sky VR, I thought it was going to be shown today, but Shu stated in late October they weren't really ready to announce a price and date for while becuase they are still getting software ready.
That being said I think Sony will hold another event, for PSVR in January/February and with it they will announce Price/ release date. Also I'm hoping they will show off No Mans Sky and say here's the reason you need a PSVR...
I hate to admit it but I was super dissapointed, I was hoping to see real VR titles and onstage demos of Driveclub VR, Grant Turismo 7 and Eve Valkyrie. I was hoping at the end they announced VR support for No Mans Sky and have either a demo or awesome trailer with it, then say when PSVR will launch and for $350.

My guess is this is to assist Devs with PSVR gives them a little more headroom to develop games on the new hardware coming next year in addition to the co processing unit, that comes with PSVR. Sony stated that the PSVR hardware was finished just needed to get the software ready not only games but firmware updates like this.
