Tretton is the only Sony guy I like, and the only one from any of the big 3 too. He's the only one that jumps the script and manages to come off as a regular guy, not some PR automaton. I think all the others would fizzle, spark and shut down if they tried to wing it.

Do want. I've seen a lot of haters for this game floating around, lotta "DMC RIP OFF" claims (even though it's made by DMC's creator), but I'm really excited for it. No chance I'll be attending this, though.

Agree with the Pope. Maybe it's because I just got back from spending several days drinking and playing 360 with friends, or my new copy of inFamous crashing every time I try to play it in my formerly YLOD'd PS3, but I'm really fed-up with Sony. Home's poor management has bothered me for awhile. I rarely ever go in there anymore, and neither do my active circle of PSN friends. It's a joke to us, really. That's the problem. Gamers will get pissed off over anything, but it's almost always just a bunch of empty bluster. I've never stepped foot into a GameStop because of their pro-ass rape stance, but I'm the only one I know who both hates GameStop and doesn't go there. Everyone else just goes there angry.
Same thing with this. People are pissed, but almost all of them will still buy it at the outrageously bullshit price hike.

I think they just don't have any ideas for new perks. The new ones for 21 - 30 were pretty uninventive. I mean come on, 3 perks to make your karma good/bad/neutral? You can pop heads nearly everytime you fight before you even get to 20 anyways, so I don't see a realistic argument about balance anywhere here.
NPD released -> BluRay is dying/dead. Like clockwork around here. Dunno what version of reality this guy is living in to claim DD is smashing BR into dust, but it must be quite an interesting place.

Sony's PR team can suck the hype out of any title, and they usually do. Any success their titles have in sales can be chocked up to word of mouth.

I've got Savage Moon, but I really haven't played it much. Pretty sure it has a demo. I'm thinking of getting 3 on 3 NHL. I've already got Crash Commando, WipEout HD, Flock, PixelJunk Eden and Savage Moon.
Everyone should buy Crash Commando. At $5, you'd be a fool not to. The game is criminally underrated.
