That's interesting. This is the 4th game in the series and that's yet to happen.
In fact, the exact opposite has been happening. It's staying even truer to the formula with each new game. Adding awesome features, modes, more settings/tweaks, tracks, customization, etc.

You do know a separate Bioware team (Bioware Montreal) is developing the multiplayer right? The team that developed ME1 and ME2 (Bioware Edmonton) are focused solely on the single player story...

Been enjoying the hell out of Gears 3 and got Uncharted 3 coming in the mail from Newegg day 1. Both will be mine muahahaha =D
