A game that is an exclusive is exclusive to the company. If they are on the console and the portable console, they can still be called exclusives.

I can't wait for The Order, i love Third Person Shooters and i think it looks interesting. I will buy it and most likely love it, they are going for The Last of Us formula in terms of storytelling and gameplay.
Won't be out "early" next year. Same for Quantum Break and The Division.
