killzone 3 is so much fun also! My jaw drops when I play it or see it! WOW! Such an absolute blast to be able to play it!

helgast is a harsh world, yes, but it is NOT unliveable! It takes years and a lifetime of existing for the enviornment to "change" ones biological funtions in the negative! The helgast LIVE there! The ISA are there for a "quick win"!

The development of the helgast/isa story in-game looks to be greatly improved from what was in kz2, which got dinged in reviews about the lack of story. Now it seems kz3 is being dinged for too much story in-game!... ... whatever!
Just read a review where they said there were too many cut-scenes in kz3! wtf! how else do you implement a story in a game, esp, a fps, without cut-scenes!

@bathyj- true words! I have played 1/2 also, and now the kz3 beta, also have seen a slurry of vids from everyone! For kz3 to not score a high 8 to high 9 would mean that kz3 has a flaw ingrained so deep in the playability that it would make the title borderline broken! all I've experienced has been FUN #1, beautiful, challenging, technical, and a powerhouse fps!
Really, the only thing missing from MY review would be the "story", and i already like the killzone universe...

I personally feel that kz3 should be played by ANY fps fan on the bsis of just how absolutly FUN this title is! 2ndly, it should be played by all the "tech" that it has in it! all I can say is WOW! I'm loving it so far!
