Agreable list. Love killzone 2/3 in true opticle 7.1 surround sound! and 3d too! Has to be experienced to appreciate the effort GG and sony put into the Killzone series! Any fps fan should play these titles!
I am very worried about my launch 60G ps3 dying! Dont get me wrong though... it is working fine, its just that the fan kicks up to the 4th? speed on hot days now!
I have kept it verticle and very open since I got it 6mos after launch (may '06), and it is on at least 6hrs a day, everyday since I've had it.
Like the article states, I have conteplated what I will do when it goes! I really love and use the various card readers, extra usb ports, wifi, digital 7.1 surround...

I have a launch 60G ps3 and also a recently purchased 360(360 has been repaired 3 months after purchase-disk door wouldn't stay closed), my ps3 is on at least 6-8 hours a day now for years with no issues. That being said, both consoles are just electronic boxes to me.

The appeal for myself in ps1 games on the vita is the simple fact that the system is a "handheld", "portable" etc... games I would hesitate taking up my hdd space on my ps3, but I still would like to play in a more casual atmosphere( when I game on my ps3, it is a 7.1 surround sound EVENT!), so ps1 games on my vita is a perfect addiction! I thank the people at SONY for recognising that there are gamers like myself who appreciate these ps1 games on the go!
wipeout hd is a large, full, sony game built and running in 1080p 60 fps on the ps3. It can be done.
I played sotc and gt4 on my ps2 in 1080i. It supported it :)

Of course the ' Killzone ' brand has ' enough ' momentum to sell friend. Those games are BOSS! And mercinary looks wicked!

I played Gran Turismo and Shadow of the Collossus in 1080i on my ps2 years before I played 1080p games on my ps3, so, imho 4k is welcome! I will purchase a 4k tv too!
