Saw this posted about a few times on some Unity forums. Looks like they made the most of that engine. Looks amazing.
Only game I have played a lot of on PC, PS4 and Xbox is Destiny 2. And PVP is hardest on PC by quite a bit. Mostly due to the smaller userbase though, you play against the same players so often. But yeah, PS4 is definitely the easiest.
Action RPG's all the way. Love some turn based too, but Diablo 2, 3 are the pinnacle for me.
Haha, exactly. I also left D2, but I definitely got great value from it. Can't wait for Destiny 3 but for now I will play other games in my backlog.
Not just spending coin, I mean they would only be available to really high level players. We were doing repeat quests with just a couple hundred hours in, so if we have to do the same quests over, might as well make them easier. Or maybe make that shovel only find chests that aren't part of a current quest, like bonus chests for exploring. Anything to make you feel like you have something you want.
Wouldn't have to be stat progression, just anything that helped you being a pirate. For example, make it so you could buy a ship captain NPC who could navigate you to destinations on the map. Or a shovel that would make a noise when you were in the right location for a chest. Or a telescope that would highlight sunken treasure. None of these would break the game, they would just make you feel like you earned something worth a damn haha.
They didn't make the PC version, it was outsourced by another developer.
I only played it the first month it was out, so maybe it has changed, but I didn't like how everything in the game was just cosmetics. I wanted to acquire items that made you feel like a more powerful Pirate instead of just getting items that look different. There was no carrot for me to chase other than just goofing off with friends.
Nicely written review. The combat and progression system killed the game for me. Which is a shame it had so much potential for cooperative play.
That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But hey we are on N4G, here is an upvote
Skins, seasons, themes etc are a good way. But only if they are earn-able in game. Same with loot boxes, rng items are fun as rewards for clearing a dungeon etc, but I don't see the fun in spending real money on a random reward. That isn't what gaming is about.
With the exception of Red Dead, the PC was the place to be for most games. But granted, all the multi-plats are better on X than on the PS4 Pro.
You can get a great 8k monitor for under 4000.
You mean most blind people.
Why? Because it looks amazing that is why. And it is still 60fps. But the awesome thing about PC gaming is you can always lower it if you want even faster frames.
True, you could probably count on a hand missing fingers the amount of users here who have ever used a high end graphics card let alone a Titan. But yeah, Titan's were always about more than gaming. Don't get me wrong they are awesome for gaming but they were meant for users who would be using them for a lot more.
Not a very good benchmark. I know personally I bought my Titan X not because it was so much better at gaming but more because it rendered in Blender way faster. He does say he will have another video about AI and Rendering later but as far as gaming benchmarks go, you can just look at the specs and know it will be a small upgrade. The reason this card has my interest though is that the V does not have the Ray Tracing tech in it so I am more curious to see how this card compares to the V and t...
GOW, Horizon and Spiderman have all had countless patches and updates. PS4 was designed around being connected to the internet which is also how Sony keeps their console up to date.
You do realize that is like a 15 year old game.
There is no remake of Bladerunner.
