Interesting. This is the 1st I heard of HBM.
So this is the best video they can come up with? Are you freaking serious?
This is a very good thing. Steam is the biggest digital gaming store front in the world and they're still selling games that 5-7 years old. Some of these games are no longer supported and simply don't work with today's hardware.
Halo is famous not only for it's gameplay but also for near perfect controls. Moving and aiming with this franchise feels just right. In fact, they perfected the art of FPS controls on the console.
On the PC Halo biggest asset goes straight in the trash because of the mouse and keyboard.
This game is the 1st RPG breakthrough in a long, looooong time. In fact I haven't seen a game like this since the original Fallout.
Before the Witcher, fantasy RPGs all fall into roughly 3 categories.
1. D&D or D&D clones
2. LOTR clones
3. Gothic or Nordic fantasy.
The world of the Witcher is none of the above. This stark, war ravaged and poverty stricken Eastern European fantasy somehow managed to present a world ...
Very good very good.
Yeah this mod sucks. On Death March enemies already hit a hell lot faster and has more health. Increasing their health 80% more is just stupid.
They will need to re-imagine the Fallout world just like they did with the Fallout games from last gen. The combat in particular will be key.
Xcom is fine with a controller, hell it's even just as good on a tablet!
Time to build that Steam machine!
YEEEEESSS!! The best tactical squad game ever returns. I can't wait.
I would totally watch Sara Underwood.
This game will be on the consoles eventually. I just hope there's gamepad support because I'm totally used to playing Xcom with a gamepad now.
I have over 120 games on Steam and my 3 TB hard drive isn't even more than half full. So if you need a 5 TB HDD to game comfortably on the console then console gaming is essentially broken.
Except for the no story part, everything he said is true. Lets be frank, the Witcher 3 is a titanic under taking compared to Bloodborne.
Hell, Bloodborne doesn't even have lip sync!!
Did bugs and poor frame rate stopped you from enjoying Bloodborne?
I just bought a 980 GTX...sigh.
I think he's implying that they didn't carry it through enough. I would be disappointed if this game is nothing more than Arkham City with a vehicle mod.
Being an open game isn't enough anymore. Now a days you must deliver a living, breathing, open world game instead of static world with mission hotspots and mini games.
Great. Now there's a good reason to spend twice as much. Thanks, but no thanks.
I'll stay with my single 980 GTX.
Doing 4K with settings on high and a few tweaks here and there is one thing. Doing 4K maxed and being able to run 4K without compromise is another.
If you're going to spend $700 to $1000 on a GPU I would want it to perform like the later. This generation isn't there yet. But next year might be the year.
