Yes both PS4 and Wii U does gaming. The xbox One will also do some gaming. But the PS4 and Wii U do not charge a fee for used game or online play. Sony didn't make move mandatory and the PS4 and Wii U did not make every 24 hour internet checks mandatory. PS4 and Wii U also do not require games to be installed to the hard drive.
People are really upset at these aspects and are upset that the xbox one puts entertainment before games.
Nintendo has a lot of great franchise. I grew up with Nintendo and that why I bought a Wii U. Plus this year we get some news on Smash bros. I will be getting a PS4 later this year.
I will not be buying a Xbox One however because that used game fee is a deal breaker as i rent games from gamefly.
A lot of people will buy the console without knowing the mandatory install, mandatory kinect and used game fees.
I hope the console doesn't succeed so BS like this can stop.
I heard TV a lot. This console isn't geared to the gamer. Period. Used Game fee are BS. Mandatory Kinect is BS. Indies can't publish their own games is BS. Microsoft forget the audience that made xbox what it is.
Agreed, Even if they bring the games I will not support a box that locks games to your account. That is anti consumer. You affect families, friends and game rentals with such a stupid move.
On top of that kinect is mandatory, Mandatory every 24 hour online checks and mandatory game installs. In addition the hard drive cannot be upgraded.
I hope people agree with me in the fact that I will not support an anti consumer xbox.
I think there will be some price cuts at e3. A lot of price cuts are usually announced at that time.

Even if they come with games they have shot themselves in the foot with account locked games.
Game rentals, used games, sharing games within a family and borrowing and lending games have all been effected from this.

You speak the truth man, today's presentation seemed very anti-consumer and not geared toward the gamer.
Sony puts it on the publishers. Just like online passes are a publisher based decision. Companies that don't charge the online pass probably won't next gen and companies that do probably will next gen.
Damn straight, I hope others follow suit so companies can't continue with stupid things like this.
Anyone notice how Take Two doesn't have online passes or bad DLC models and yet they generate a good amount of revenue. Why can't companies follow their pro consumer approach rather than follow this anti consumer BS that doesn't work.

I hope that the game developers try to utilize as much of the power as possible. It would be upsetting if they don't utilize that extra PS4 power.
