I only ever played Black Flag form this series all the way through & probably because it was pirate setting & high seas adventures. I hated the whole modern day portions as I don't care at all for the actual "Assassin's Creed" storyline. Looks like Odyssey will do the same. Rip me from the world & time I want to play to make me play modern day mess I'm not interested in. Still, I might enjoy it enough (like Black Flag) to try it when it's cheap :).
Ghost Recon & Splinter Cell is all I'm really interested in from Ubi. If they start locking these behind a service or subscription well I have other forms of entertainment I enjoy that I can spend money on.
Neither MS or Sony are on your side. MS is trying hard to look pro consumer after dumping on their fanbase & losing them to PS.
MS & Nintendo needed each other so right now it's working in their favor. We'll see if this "crossplay" flag is still waving in a few years.

I don't appreciate devs force feeding me their twisted views (TLOUII) & acting like I'm the Ahole for not accepting them. I assume in Cyberpunk 2077 things will be more optional. I guess time will tell.
Another peak at Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the things that saved E3 for me.
They did make what they wanted & now gamers can choose if they want to buy it.

Silly gameAr - I tried to play TLOU p1 but couldn't get into it. I was criticizing the title of this article which I found hilarious. People actually thinking Ellie is a BA in the comments is even more hilarious.
