You still need the disc in the tray to play that installed game on xbox. If you could just install it and never have to put the discs in to play it, then everybody would rent a game, install it, and basically own it for the price of a rental.
if they let people calibrate their reaction time, people would abuse it to make the game super easy.
If I remember correctly, title updates are limited to 4mb.
I've been campaigning for a suicide rc car for a while.
The problem is a Pokemon MMO would attract little kids. These little kids could easily be manipulated by the wrong people or form an addicted at such a young age.
That is the problem with call of duty, they design the game so anybody of any skill can do good and that is why it sells by the boat load. Those people that feel other games(Counter-strike, Halo, Gears, Uncharted, ect) are too hard or takes them too long to become good, so they just hope on COD and in few games, their dominating already calling in massive killstreaks for easy kills. Basically, people want instant gratification from their games.

If I remember correctly, Bungie posted a few achievements and I'm sure one of them is complete the game on legendary solo.
They thought putting it in macy's would attract girls and soccer moms.

Running COD4 in 1080P all high textures and AAx4 running at over 100+ fps compared to the console versions that is like 640p with no AA and low/mid textures running at locked 60fps.
I live close to the data server is chicago and the controls still lag like hell.
If you can;t tell by looking at it, this game is nothing like any of the previous socoms. It's more of an uncharted special forces game then socom.

Socom4 will be more like uncharted then a socom game. Cover system, health regen, over the shoulder zoom, cinematic single player and majority of multiplayer will be respawn most likely.
As long as people are playing socom2 there will be people cheating.
