So you judge a games quality by an arbitrary aggregation of reviews by reviewers who don't use the same scale? There's some broken logic for ya. And there's having an opinion and just looking for hits. A 7/10, I get that but I was under the impression that general consensus was that a 20 was basically broken. Unless Tom Chick made his review scale with trolling in mind of course.

I loved the ending of Connor's story, and was really pumped for Desmond's ending, but it was incredibly anticlimactic. And yes, awful.

Honestly I think they will go to present day or the future, just based of the ending. I think the story will revolve around stopping the threat implied at the end of 3.
Obviously they aren't trying to accurately depict the future because like you said it hasn't happened yet, but as HE said it isn't laser beams and alien guns. It's weaponry that we have now depicted in a futuristic fashion.
