We'll look at it this way, if the PS4 Pro is hitting 1800p checkerboarding then XB Scorpio will hit 4k.. it's pretty obvious not all Devs will use the power for resolution.. goes without saying

These debates are nonsense.. digital isn't even counted and in 2015/16 at least, digital sales are becoming the norm. Everyone I know and game with are 100% digital so I'm guessing FH3 did very well indeed

In fairness U4 is rated on single player for the most part and if they rated gears 4 soley on MP along with Halo 5 they would have rated higher.. U4 should have been marked down for a mediocre MP but it's ignored by the majority of outlets

At the end of the day, an ultra HD bluray drive should have been included.. talking up streaming is just a way of defending their decision but it was a bad move. Streaming the odd tv show is fine but movies, u have to be joking.. there is no comparison in true quality but if u have a shitty 4k tv to start with then I suppose it doesn't really matter that much. The casual PS players will be delighted with the price and that's all that counts for Sony

Exactly.. streaming is absolutely no match for ultra HD bluray but for casual users will be fine..

PS4 HDR is just going to be be like 8 bit HDR.. a poor man's HDR if you like

Hold on so HDR 10 needs a 10bit panel to function correctly, which is only found on a couple of 2015 4k TVs and 2016 4k TVs plus don't you need the HDMI to support the bandwidth? Hmm.. fishy

Why will Scorpio be 30fps? What the ps4 pro does to get to 4k output is fine by me but to try and spin it as being better than native is daft. Scorpio could use the same technique but it will be far superior and might include true 4k assets

Scorpio will be closer to 7TF mate and whatever it achieves will be far superior to this half step Sony console
