You need to setup initially, it won't do anything automatically apart from increase backlight and contrast to max. I own ks8500 and it's fantastic with HDR content ! Also make sure you have latest update installed.. use Ratings.com, AVForums for best picture settings and then make adjustments to suit you 😎
You can set up SDR and HDR independently as they are basically separate modes but in game mode you have only 1 so need to go back and adjust settings aga...
Actually.. it's still almost a 100% increase from the Pro.. so there you go .. it's not a high end Pc but it's far beyond the console competition
Let's wait and see before getting carried away.. when all is said and done, overall the best versions will be on the X.
The Pro uses Dynamic Res on COD maxing out at 2880x1620 and I'm sure DF will confirm XB1X settings.. and as always point out the differences.
COD, FIFA, 2K/NBA .. they will all look pretty similar as the engines are not taxing.. some games will show big differences and some (as above) won't.. same as it's always been ..

Forza sales with pick up after Nov 7th.. but GT Sport numbers are quite low for a first iteration on PS4 no? After 4 years of waiting?
GT cars modelled with more detail and Forza tracks have more detail/better textures for the most part.. i think Forza 7 looks amazing in certain situations and on certain tracks and same with GT Sport but I think that car models look very similar on both when playing in real time but environments look better in Forza overall.. then again prefer HDR on GT !! 🤯.. Could just max out HDR slider on Forza to bridge the gap .. 2 great racing games to play that are different enough to keep me...
GT is a better game using a wheel IMO.. majority of dudes commenting on here will be using a controller though.. Forza has better controller support so not sure why you are all talking gameplay to be honest as you won't even experience GT Sport at its best
Glad Fanatec are making wheels for PS4 again.. best wheels on the market by far and prices are dropping with entry level models like this one
