Many of the previous iterations, including PES 2014, has been removed from the PS store.
PES 2014 on PS3 was once a free PS+ game, and it doesn't matter if you never wanted to play it again.

I don't feel Sony giving in to such consumer law. It'll be completely taken advantage of and will be requesting a refund after a week of gaming, or to finish the story mode or get free DLC and other preorder bonuses.
