Separate Zombie packs & map packs are definitely the way to go.
The newer DLC's they are working on for New Vegas actually sound a hell of a lot better than that first one they released.
I need DLC to continue playing this game...
Good...We'll finally see how it plays. This game certainly is building up a ton of hype over just a trailer and handful of screen shots.
This map pack just didn't appeal to me...I couldn't bring myself to buy it. First Strike is just better IMO.
They took down the First Strike map pack playlists for the Escalation map playlists which is retarded...Why not just keep them both?
It wasn't on my radar when it came out. I played the single player at a friends house and liked it but never thought about picking it up...If the multiplayer is alright, I'll reconsider.
Rain IMO should have been included in the main list but no biggie as long as he makes it into the DLC.
Looks great but I'd really love an entirely new setting and character...I've always thought that an old-world Japanese setting and a ninja Assassin would work great in the Assasins Creed series.
I'm still waiting on a First Access Demo release date...they sure are cutting it close to the release date unless they plan on pushing it back yet again for the millionth time.
I realize that a lot of games were coming out this year but this game would have fit great in that December slot to cap the year off nicely and give me a game to sink my teeth into around the holidays.
I was really looking forward to an earlier release...Mass Effect 2 came out in late January so hopefully it won't be too far off from that.
Mehhh...They look kind of bland. Nothing is really standing out to me.
I think the First Strike DLC is better.
I wasn't even aware they were working on another game aside from Saints Row 3 so this doesn't really matter to me...Saints Row is awesome.
Saints Row 1 was out 2 years before the last GTA so I don't see how people can say it ripped off anything from GTA IV.
Borderlands is nothing like Rage aside from the canyons and post apocalyptic scenery...the gameplay has DOOM written all over it if anything.
Not crazy about the title...Thought Metro 2034 sounded better but whatever.
This game is awesome...Definitely worthy of a buy. Especially at 30 bucks. I bought it on the first day.
Red Faction Guerrilla will do just fine.
ODST is good but Reach is better IMO.
Forging, Playback features, Customization, Firefight and the different types of multiplayer matches weren't in the 1st two games...
My money is on October...Too much competition in November and they probably want a good amount of holiday sales.
Either way, its pre-ordered.
Agree completely with both of your points...
Saw some gameplay videos and instantly realized that I am actually happy to have the 1st DLC maps compared to these. These maps don't do anything for me.
Same with MW2- two map packs costing 30 bucks total...Its an endless repeating cycle of greed.
I bought First Strike for BO and like it. Just can't take the chance with the new pack.
