secondly, even if it were true, this isn't really much to gawk at. most companies would just send you a box and instruct you to wait a lonngggg time till you get your replacement. while microsoft is offering that option, they're also giving you the option to put down an insane amount of money for an new xbox that you WILL be refunded for. its just a (kind of silly) way to not screw you out of an entire month of gaming.
