1. Yes, I do think it looks the same as GoW1.
2. No, I don't think it's a match for Killzone 2, but no doubt the game will sell well.
3. I think your Grammar is rubbish.
Well, Halo 3 was *supposed* to be the 360's "killer app". It was made exclusively for the 360, using nothing but the 360's hardware, and it turned out to look (In my opinion) childish, bland and boring, when it was meant to really showcase (Apparently) what the 360 was truly capable of. The game-play was (Essentially) the same, albeit for a few new features (Which, even then, weren't revolutionary). You could say that it was the developer's (Bungie's) fault, but I find it hard to be...
Oh, yes, Deepio, you're right, I'm deluded....
Sarcasm aside, I'd have to agree with Drekken- the 360 is nearly 3 years old and will be by the time GoW2 comes out, and the hardware has aged terribly (DVD, anyone?)
Don't get me wrong, GoW1 was a good looking game when it was released and it still is, but I'd expect the sequel to look BETTER than its predecessor, not the SAME. Quite frankly, compared to Metal Gear Solid 4, Gears of War 2 looks pale in comparison. Of course, y...
I'm not very impressed to be honest, it looks the same as Gears of War 1. I seriously think the 360 has reached it's capabilities...at least graphically...
Looks almost like a carbon copy. They'd need to be careful or they'll risk being sued...
Infinity Ward isn't making it- Treyarch is (I think).
*Update: sorry, I understand your comment now :) D'oh!
Halo 1 is the best in the series in my opinion, though even it suffers from repetitive game-play and repetitive levels (Assault On The Control Room and The Library, anyone?) One thing I did like in Halo 1 though was the sheer scale of it- every level felt epic in one way or another, and so did the battles, something I think was lost in Halo 2. Halo 3 I haven't played so I can't comment. I think they're all good games. Not exactly revolutionary game-play wise, or even graphics-wise, but good n...
I'm very impressed. If only Halo 3 looked this good...
Of all the music in the world, they picked Linkin Park...But other than that, very interesting video.
Neither do I. I also don't see it on the ITV News site either. Maybe the story is made up then...
I'm surprised the 360 has lasted as long as it has. It'll be 3 years this November(?) since it was released, and it's seen it's fair share of problems over those 3 years.
Do I think it'll last another 3 years? Well, speaking from someone who
has their own 360, which has gotten the RROD before- no, I don't think the Xbox 360 brand will last another 3 years.
Microsoft has had 3 years to fix the ongoing problems, and even release a new, improved version; but they have...
But that would require exercise and moving my various body parts in order to walk to about when I could just slouch in my chair, wreck my spine and get surgery to fix it! Who does this guy think he is...?
/sarcasm
It was a joke for crying out loud...Get a sense of humour...
Whether you thought Oblivion's combat system was too "consoley" or simplistic, or whether you thought the Quest's led you too much by the hand, you have to admit- it was a lot of damn fun running around this huge, open world- where you could go literally ANYWHERE and do anything you wanted. Now THAT was fun!
Very true. For instance, World of Warcraft isn't exactly a graphical powerhouse, but it's still sold millions and has well over 6 million people playing the game(Last time I heard. It's maybe increased in number now.)
KOTOR...KOTOR...KOTOR...
Maybe if I say it enough times it'll come true! :D
I'm tempted to download it but I wont. I find that the majority of pirated games (and movies, TV shows etc) are extremely horrible quality; fuzzy screen, low sound etc. Why would you want that when you could have the Real Deal: High Resolution Picture, Surround Sound? The list goes on.
Even if it was good quality; to download it would be theft; and that's illegal. Give some consideration and appreciation to R* for taking three years (maybe longer)to make the game.
How wou...
I played Bioshock again last night, and what a game it is! The environments are so detailed and fascinating to look at and walk around. I especially love how authentic it is too; from the 50's posters to the equipment- everything in the game feels so alive.
This game better be good for the length of time it's been in development...
The only difference I see is that the detail on Marcus Fenix's back has been upped and can be clearly seen, but even then that's probably due to the new lighting. Other than that, I don't think it's a huge leap forward. It looks like they just took the map, changed the textures and a couple of other things, and slapped a new name on it. It still looks good, but it's not breathtaking.
