You do realise that a Q4 release of a $199 HD DVD player will be too little and far too late. As PS3 will be on course to selling close to 8-10 million units by then. Blu-ray will be the clear winner by the end of the year.
Dirt looks awesome, I'll be getting a copy for PS3.
The X360 Elite motherboard looks amaturish. It looks like something that could be bought from 'Maplins' in kit form. Microsoft should stick to what they know 'software'. Leave the hardware making to the pro's 'Sony'.
Your an Xbot lemming that is also backing a failing format in HD DVD, yet you can't see it. Microsoft is on a sinking ship with Toshiba, yet they have yet to see it either. lol
PC get away with using upto DVD9 cos every PC has a standard hard drive, which the game can install too. X360 does'nt have the hard drive as standard in all SKU's(both the hard drive & HD DVD should have been standard on all 360 SKU's from the off)huge mistake by microsoft. Another plus is both PS3 SKU's having Blu-ray & Hard drives as standard.
600k PSN registered users in only 4 months is very impressive. So is the 3.7 million individual downloads of content in the same period. 'Home' should increase this amount alot.
Microsoft have shipped close too 10 million, yet they ar'nt close to selling 10 million. Microsoft has lost serious ammount of cash thru gaming, there is no denying this. Xbox lost Microsoft 4 billion dollars thats why the canned it early to launch the X360. Microsoft like Sony are loosing cash now, and probably will do untill later half of 2007 or early 2008.
They ar'nt they are just saying the PS3 is leading dev platform for this game. Burnout series has always been a Playstation game before other formats.
PS2 is not at the end of its life, far from it.
Not recieved free Blu-ray yet. Sony does say it could take up to 45 days too arrive. Who cares when it comes as long as you get it.:)
The link works fine.

The letter goes on to say that SCEE is "committed to taking every possible measure to minimise the effect of any redundancies". It's made clear that the announcement itself "does not mean that anyone is being given notice to terminate their employment" as "these are proposals only at this stage".
Wii don't have any strengths.
Nothing more.
Problem solved.
Problem solved.
Nothing will save the X360 in Japan, it's a lost cause.lol
Fads change, Wii will look dated sooner than PS3 & X360.
No Scratching = Blu-ray. Problem solved buy a PS3.
SixAxis controller is a miles better design/shape than the X360 controller.
Build quality sucks.
