I know this may sound hypocritical but your giving these hackers the very thing they want, a name for themselves.
So the best thing anyone can do really is not to comment and glorify or condem the hackers because either way thats just giving them the recognition they want.
The best thing to do is to sit back and see how events unfold.
If everybody thought before they spoke, the silence would be deafening.

I never put Vice City above San Andreas or san andreas above vice city. I questioned why GTA 4 was above the both of them.

They put MGS4 above snake eater? what?! they put GTA 4 above San Andreas & Vice City?!! there is something wrong here. I very much doubt actual gamers voted on this. Looks like the HD Graphics obsessed individuals voted here and not people who recognise good gameplay.
Im not a fan of these "Game of the Year" things because they really only feature the big titles. I mean One of the best games of the year for me was Transformers: War for Cybertron, people will probably scoff at it being mentioned in the same place as GOW or RDR but its all opinion based!

True but then again they get you to agree to their terms of service which is a contract between you and them and if you break that contract, they are legally obliged to do whatever they stated as a consequence within that contract and im guessing this is one of the consequences.
Meh it will probably be a dumbed down version of BF2 with "better graphics" less players, and pre-rendered destruction.

In fairness I couldnt really care, all the people whining about it were the people who tried to chansaw and aim down sights at close range. To be honest half the people who did it couldnt hit a barn door as shown in the above video and once you got used to it, it got predicatable. so quit whining and get better aim.....if not go back to COD were aim assist does all the work for you.
