It's simple. if the game is something you want to play buy an xbox and play it, if not don't. I wouldn't waste your time worrying about how much money square enix make.
there's no point in buying digital now anyway after recent comments. if i can't carry my digital library onto ps5 then i will stick with physical copies

nice to see somebody put a positive article out on this. I've been gobsmacked at the amount of people and articles downplaying a great free optional feature. I love back compat on my xbox and I will be gutted if ps5 isn't back compat with ps4
remember not so long ago people thought it had to be $700-$1000 lol. $499 is an amazing price, $399 would be a true mic drop
I have played through alan wake, red dead and dead space again on bc and I regularly play nba jam. one of my friends has played through every assassins creed on bc. I have also dabbled on texas poker and other arcade games like geometry wars. I plan on playing bioshock infinite as well when I get the time. but most importantly I'm glad my digital library will stay with me through future consoles. obviously not everyone will use bc but me and my friends think it's a great feature
one thing i can say for certain is i really enjoy it and use it a lot and i hope ps5 has it
sony and Microsoft offer different things in different areas but overall at the minute I would say Microsoft as they let you use ea access, they let you play your xbox 360 games on xbox one for free, they let you play games early in the game preview program, they give out better games with your monthly online subscription, they have cross buy on certain titles and they have regular updates based on feedback I also think they have better game sales. why has the article got a red ring of death picture at the top. looks like just another attempt to bash on xbox to me.
what's interesting is a) this is estimated b) it's only based on 930,000 which is less than 5% of xbox users and c) even if it's accurate that's still not far off 1 million people using a service which is a free option which is great. How the hell is a free feature bad. all you people downplaying this need to stop right now. the way things are going its looking like the ps5 won't be back compat with ps4 and that sucks. i really want to keep my digital library on all consoles from now on
i don't think anything is official but if they use all the same assets then i call it a re release. i look at games like nathan drake collection and halo 1 and 2 as remasters as the actual core game is identical but they have new textures and assets and then something like final fantasy 7 as a remake as the whole game is being remade from the ground up
i think calling it really rough is a bit harsh. some parts looked great and some average.
still looks great and can't wait to play it but very very surprised the pro can't run it at 60fps
first of all phantom dust is not a remaster it's a re release and if they are going to re release other games kotor better be top of the list if we aren't getting kotor 3 or a proper kotor remake
