From the animations of swinging on ropes, maneuvering and climbing up objects, exploring tombs (drake explores for treasures). Yes, of course Uncharted still has their own things too but it is definitely inspired by Tomb Raider. They both copied each other in the exact way the iPhone and android copies each other. Same logic.
