Im not downplaying nothing, coach. It's not my fault the pro isnt strong enough to play a PS3 game in 60 fps at 4K. Many games play great at 30 FPS, but its still losing frames. Thats a fact.
Still though, the game is originally 60 FPS on PS4. To see it degrade to 30 FPS in order to upgrade its resolution ...
