MS will liquidate their remaining 90nm chip consoles to all the suckers who by a system for Halo 3. Thus, creating a new breed of RROD/Service Center customers. don't doubt for a second that in the games business, just like the movie business, that these dubious "reviewers" aren't payed by the competition to write negatively about a game/movie. Especially when the product is so high profile that its release would have a negative impact on the competition.
