buy or borrow an engine that works well on the PS3 and adapt it for there games ? That would save them time and in the end money.
Who knows they might even learn a few new tricks at the same time.
At first when I heard it was going to be a rail shooter I thought meh but after I went back and played part of the original I think this might just workout pretty well on the Wii.
I have to agree about the milo demo being creepy and cool at the same time but when it comes to the other part of the demo there seemed to be some lag ? ( I was watching on G4 ) I guess it could be the set up but that was one of the things that concered me. I don't see the social additions selling consoles but being a nice add on if you are already using these things and have a 360 with live. I for one like the new look and really don't think it will be a problem to game on at all. ( in regards to the balance issue stated above me. ) I just bought a 3000 about two months ago and will be keeping it along with possibly getting this new one down the road a bit. It seems like this new one could be a bit more expensive ?

I played it too but never finished the final boss. The control set up was okay as long as you did not have to target things above you. I think I may pick up this redo aswell.

I played the beta a found that I really could not get into it but I think it has more to do with me not playing the first one on-line and the lack of voice commincation and playing with random people that I do not know.

In regards to the overall score and the average being lower than the final score. I think this is done to reflect a certain tilt or in other words the sum of the whole being greater in the end than the sum of the parts.
