it's only said to use 30 percent of the Ps3's power at the time and when completed upto 50 percent at its most intensive parts.. This game is soo damn good, its hard to fathom!
to my surprise they arent that dissimilar.. but because more things are happening on screen in KZ and things look better in motion, the animations are incredibly fluid and realistic (evidenced by the gun fight sequence at :25 sec.).. CoD4 looks more open ended, but that may just be the KZ level they're demonstrating (the 3rd I believe) thats supposed to be claustrophobic..

uhh, i think Halo vs. Killzone would be more appropriate.. this is cool to see tho.. it's close but in motion with the physics, animations, lighting.. destructible environs and all the other good stuff.. In motion... Killzone takes the cake, Gears has the textures though.. probably because everything is bump-mapped.. just highly detailed skins, not to say it doesnt look pretty though.. Killzone just looks more technical, the wall textures need a little help.. sure that will improve if claims of "pre-alphaness" are true.. maybe things just look better from afar (like in 3rd person)..
