This sounds like the walking dead game my friends and I have been waiting for. Don't get me wrong, I love tellatales game, but this seems like it's putting you into the world of the infected with your friends.
I'm now REALLY looking forward to this game. I've given up on COD two years ago, but I'm sure this will be an emotional experience just based on the multiple times you see the character interact with the dog. And infinity ward is definitely doing something new for the series in terms of story telling. Of course this could end up like mw3, but this has been a suprisingly pleasant first glimpse at the game.
It's funny how you guys are comparing this to Killzone Shadowfall, but there is absolutely no competition. Shadowfall is the most visually impressive PS4 game announced so far, so I highly doubt that COD would be able to beat it

I don't find that very likely. It seems that Activision isn't exactly choosing favorites this generation because they apparently have a deal with M$ and they're giving Playstation owners exclusive content on Destiny. However I'm not sure about EA, I'd like for them to continue their deal with Sony about Battlefield dlc, but if they announce some sort of deal with M$, that'll make the 720 look like the ideal console for shooters
I think the PS4 has already dominated the nextbox. I was planning on waiting till e3 to see both and decide which one I'd get, but Sony's marketing for the PS4 has been really impressive, along with the games they've been showing off for it. That combined with Microsoft's silence on their next console makes me even more sure that I'll be picking up a PS4. Unless Microsoft shows off amazing Halo 5 gameplay tomorrow, I'm sticking with the PS4.
Notice how Deathstroke's holding Batmans cowl in the image, which may mean that it's an alternate reality type dlc campaign where Deathstroke did kill Batman and now he has to kill someone else
Like takashima said, being able to play the game while it's downloading is one of the PS4's new features, so it definitely looks like they're testing it out with the Last of Us

That's exactly why they killed her off. 343 wanted players to realize that chief is his own character, which we have been seeing in the novels over the past decade. They want us to see how human he is and taking away cortana is the best way to do that. I really like cortanas character, but I was glad 343 killed her off because I'm sure It will fulfill their promise of the reclaimer trilogy being all about chiefs humanity. Bringing here back would take away the meaning of her sacrifice...
