There vision had to change because of the gamer outcry. Once they done all the 180's, Gamers are saying they should have stuck with there vision !?!
i don't think Sony have released information where they are releasing the PS4 during Launch. Despite the pre-orders i think they have the same amount of countries similar to Xbone.

Yeah true but actually it was an Activison hosted event but it was sponsored by Xbox; They said that at the start of the presentation. Hence why they were using the controllers. There is no one to blame is it wasn't if it was not played on the console but on PC. it was just a sponsored event not an actual Xbox presentation.

Thats mainly the multi platform pre-orders and they only shown the top 40 so if you count the exclusives also its probably going to be different. though PS4 still may be ahead.
It does suck for the reduction in launch day markets but considering the Xbox 360 had 10 and the PS3 had 2 launch markets and a 5 months delay, It is not a huge deal but for those affected by the Change, it sucks. Though good idea to add a free game with the console.
I think it was delayed for 4 months 3-4 weeks before release. Still Sucks, i think its because of the 180's they pulled they may need to make some changes for those countries.
I think the 360 had about 13 launch countries and and the PS3 had a huge delay until march. unlucky for those whom have pre ordered the system but at least they get a new game but it still sucks.
To be honest the damage really is just to the core gamers though after the release of the console things can change especially those whom were on the xbox 360 from the start. Yes MS have lost chance of getting gamers from other consoles to jump ship but they probably have to gain back the trust of the core gaming community. In My opinion the damage has not been done, though they have just lost the trust of gamers around the world. It would be a different story if they kept the draconian polic...

I'm Guessing most of them will be indies. Still pretty awesome; though kinda expected more from this conference today.
