Well Redempteur, you got me there cause i didn't pay attention. The story was convoluted and a lot of the cut scenes were drawn out and boring.
And no i didnt read the datalogs.
I never had a problem with any of the other FF's except this one. Too boring.
You can look at a lot of gameloft games and see a lot are re-skins of their past games.
This is how the industry is, especially the mobile industry.

I agree that GUI needs a serious update. It looks cluttered and bland.
Playing this game now and i have to say it's a 6/10 at best. The quality in production just isn't where it should be. And the level of humor...wow...i was rolling my eyes with every dick,ass joke that was made.
If you like fart, toilet humor then this game is for you.

I'm curious as to why you think the controller is "gimmicky"? You dont see any new gaming experiences with a second screen? I guess you never played a DS?
B+?! Wow, this game is a solid D if anything. The controls are loose, the game has a ton of bugs, pop ups and collision issues. the animations are dismal and the characters seem to all have this dull brown color to them.
The humor is sad too. It's like this game was written by a 13 yo who just masturbated to a penthouse mag for the first time.
of course if you like all that then i guess this game is for you.
