I watched the seen unfold last night. All video capture that was appraised for its technical merits was 720p that is the rumor. It all started with video capture and no one quite knowing what resolution it was in. Someone at gaf did a tech resolution analysis on the capture and was found to be (still rumor) 720p. which led to speculation if Cod did in fact run as 720p. The developers have just restated that sp and mp are 1080p.

Whover disagreed with you has no clue. For PCs the OS is the bottleneck. That's why mantle was made. Consoles are made differently and have more access to the hardware.

Unless you grew up with the industry, You can't review an old game like that compared to todays games. That game opened up everything for this industry. All gamers owe a debt of gratitude towards that game. It was evolutionary and revolutionary.
