If sales for LP were crappy, and the game was uglier than a Sony Droid spinning everything under the sun...then why would Capcom make this game for the PS3? If anything i can see it either being 360 exclusive or it being released on PC.
Who knows? maybe it is coming to the PS3 but history has shown that the first game was not well received on the PS3 console and there were a lot of upset PS3 console owners...and rightfully so as it was clearly a lazy port - especially for a ga...

i have to agree with you. People buy what they find is worth their money. If a small % of an install base buys a particular game then its a flop, as it was a niche title that just doesn't appeal to the general public.
Reviewers can give a game a great score and it doesn't sell which would be a flop and reviewers can give a title a bad score yet the genre of title may sell millions which wouldn't be a flop as more people want that type of product.

Uh that is not going to be a surprise at all. Those 2 titles have not been confirmed yet to be exclusive and yet EVERY PS3 fanboy thought FF XIII was. EA bought BIOWARE so there is a good chance it could come to the PS3 and Lost Planet went to the PS3 so it wouldn't be a shock if the 2nd one did as well.
So the magnitude of those 2 games going to the PS3 is NOTHING REMOTLEY near the announcment of FF XIII going to the 360.

I have to agree. I am just not sure why Bethesda is ignoring the PS3. Why take the time to build a game for the PS3 and then not support it afterwards?
Maybe Bethesda didn't like the lash back when it was pointed out that the 360 quality was better than the PS3.

According to metacritic - there are more 80+ rated games for the 360 and more 90+ games for the 360...so it would seem that the entire gaming industry disagrees with the articles opinion.
