I was considering buying an Asus Transformer Prime + Keyboard... so I was talking about $800 aprox. already. Dont think the WiiU will be even half of that price.
For me, it represents not only a good game console, and an innovative one, but also a realtively cheap tablet, since I'll be able to surf the web, maybe read, make videocalls, and pley games... so consider me sold.

Maybe not, but Sony lost the best way to sell it this year. I wont say it's a bad console, I wont say Sony's franchises are bad either. The problem is, the Vita isnt a console by it's own merits. GOW... is great, but's not the game you show gameplay to impress someone. It's always the same. Button, button, execution, big enemy appears, more enemies, middle enemy, QTE, big enemy, end. They just had to show a video with the story of the game to sell it.

Well, your point is really true, cant deny you that, even if it reduces all to personal tastes. The problem is, it's the same strategy Sony used to the PSP, and it failed -relatively-. The difference between nintendo and sony, is that sony manages their handhelds as an extension of their home systems. And that hurts the system. Maybe not the games, but the system itself. The amount of games the DS and 3DS as exclusives -REALLY exclusives- is waaay bigger than the Vita. Personally, the only reason I'd have for buying a vita is Gravity Rush. Same as the only reason -at least for me- for buying a PSP was Patapon. Sony need to stop their plans of "lets bring great games for vita" to "lets make great games for vita". That day, I'll consider Sony a contender in the handheld market. It's about giving the Vita it's own personality....
I want The Last Guardian, a price cut, not for the vita, but for those memory cards, the PS3 is flooded with good games to come, but the poor vita is still a bit lonely. I wanna see more original games like Gravity Rush, not CoD and Uncharted, and resistance, and gran turismo and stuff. You know, games that make you want to buy the console, like Patapon for PSP.
Oh, and a sequel for Patapon would be great.
