ATM it's my favorite game on the console (keeping in mind I dont have a PC and I'm not including multiplatform titles)
I really wish that SCEA would get on that N/A release that they said was imminent about 3 weeks ago... without the ability to buy RP/gold, progression is painfully slow. I've played the game enough now that it definitely warrants an investment, and it pains me that I'm unable to do so.
After reading the article, it looks like...
@naga
oh, give it a rest.
It's the bleeding hearts who are offended by the mere idea of a game based on the Nazi perspective. you are clearly one of them.
Nobody ever said the game was going to glorify Naziism. It's a period of history that happened, why should it be off limits just because it causes you emotional distress?
the second half of your post basically mirrors mine. It would be hard to package a game from th...
cool idea, but doubtful. The only way to pull it off without offending the bleeding hearts would be to have it clearly from the perspective of a crumbling Nazi empire, rife with themes of futility and amorality. A game like that would be lacking that sense of grand heroism that WWII typically invokes.
I'm not sure which one I'm going to get, still. Will depend how dramatic the difference is between PS4/XB1. If it comes down to resolution and campaign content, I'll get it on X1, but increased density/world complexity/effects could swing me the other way. Will be looking intently for a DF analysis.
I want to see some Sunset Overdrive gameplay. Pretty much banking on it. Also would love to see a demo of the Quantum Break destruction engine. Crackdown would be nice, though I doubt we'll see it as soon as E3. Forza Horizons 2 seems likely. Desperately want to see some Halo 5 gameplay, preferably multiplayer. Also hoping to see Class 4 from Undead Labs, though I'm doubtful.
Then, some newly announced exclusives would be nice.
As far as multiplats, I...
That would be cool. Hoping it's not KZ, because I've already got it. If I got Knack for free I'd play it. Looks quirky and mindless, rainy day material.
If it's something like AC4 or one of the multiplats I dont own, I'll plotz.
*does a backflip*
The burden of proof is on you, Hicken. Surely you know that. It's not up to us to prove you wrong, it'd up to you to prove yourself... at all., You're the one who made the comment.
It's pretty clear you have zero understanding of the things you parrot around.
...Are you for real?
With overhead on the CPU cores dropping as the number of cores increases, imagine what this can do for a console with 8 cores. Requires special hardware to get the most out of it, too. I wonder if X1 was built for it...
=)
Leaving Battlefield off the list is criminal.
lol
I imagine MS will go the AR glasses, as pet their "Fortaleza" patents.
The way I see it, they stopped working on Illumaroom because they realized that they could achieve the same effect with image-overlay using AR. They would also be cheaper than a full headset, and would augment the TV rather then replace it.
Remains to be seen. For now, I'm happy gaming on my TV. If morpheus turns out well, is well supported, and isn't overly expensive, I...
Yeah, I believe you.
Incidentally, I'm playing TLOU right now, and it's bar-none the worst game I have ever played in my life.
I hate clouds. I prefer dry, arid regions.
I would like to imagine you have incredible qualifications to speak so deterministically about the most advanced real-time graphic development/rendering engines known to man.
Incidentally, pigs fly.
Anybody who watches that video and feels the need to find reasons to complain has smoked one too many rocks.
This is my next big game purchase. Looks fantastic.
lol oh god I gotta watch that movie, it's been too long.
Why is the sky blue? Why do turkeys sing? Why anything?
Small team, first outing, new hardware, old engine. Dont wrack your brain over it too hard. I would be willing to bet you can smash some concrete in Titanfall 2.
For everything Titanfall doesn't do, there's a million more things that it does do. Enjoy your videogames, and stare longingly at the horizon.
Here's an idea.... how about a documentary about a crappy game that ended up in a garbage heap?
Intrigued yet? Didn't think so.
I think after E3 we will have a better understanding of the exclusives that are in development. Right now, the only ones that pop into my head are: Halo 5, Kinect Sports, Sunset Overdrive, and Quantum Break. Of course, I expect to hear about Forza Horizons, Class 4, Crackdown, Gears, and a plethora of unannounced goodness, bu...
