From what I see of this game, it looks great, and the concept is awesome... especially the online functionality.
however, I've heard horrible things about the actual gameplay mechanics. Going to have to see some reviews/give it a try before I'm sold on this.
I don't wanna stir the pot and incur the wrath of the dreaded SDF... but should a company that is in dire financial straights be shoveling free games at it's customers at its own expense?
Do they expect to see some sort of ROI for this kind of investment? I mean, sure, more people might be buying the console... more people might be subscribing to their service... but all that money is going out the back door and into the developers pockets anyways.

I play Full House poker on my XB360 on a regular basis. If the game were to pick up on people expressions, that would add a whole new level of realism to the game. If this stuff is implemented, I'll definitely get the poker game that they are almost certainly designing for XB1.

Be thankful you've been able to play. I've been trying to no avail. Obviously there are issues... you'd have to be stupid to sink 200 grand into ANYTHING at this point, with known issues so prevalent. Even single player is having issues... this is probably the biggest and most complex game ever developed. It's not like they are releasing an 8-bit Mario game... so stop pretending like that'...

The reviewer has misrepresented a few things, including the meaing of the ascend deature and the supposed PvP battles. It's clear that he didn't put much time/thought into properly understanding the game.
