Elements always go down. Right now, the store/purchasing is having issues. You can still play, and all web services are up. Give it an hour if you want to make that big purchase, I'm sure it will be restored.
It's not like it's unplayable for a month or something.... ;)

Nothing about graphic quality. Framerate, resolution, and UI features. Not very interesting.
You can hardly attribute split screen and boss mode exclusivity to next-gen hardware, as they aren't going to be in the PS4 version. This is why I hate examiner.

The only reason I can think of is that they want to keep Titan availability open to all players on the two minute cycle they have been discussing. The game wouldn't be as fun, I would think, if you went to deploy your Titan and were met with a "there are too many titan's on the battlefield" message.
With 6v6, all players will have full access to titans without things becoming too cluttered.

I'm still excited to play the game, but I'm extremely disappointed by this news. One would think they could have a few different game modes, built with higher player counts in mind. My hype for this game just died a little. Looks like I have to keep my eyes set on Destiny, Halo 5 and Sunset overdrive for (hopefully) a large-scale FPS experience.

That's why I said personally. It's just not for me. I'm sure plenty of people will pay to play. I pay to watch old movies and shows, because to me, certain shows have tons of replay value. But for me, as far as videogames, the money would be better invested in new software.
