Sounds like a lot of fun. Wasn't sure what to expect with this, but the vid sums it up nicely. Surprisingly deep. Will finally give me an excuse to bust out that second controller. There really aren't enough split screen co-op games lately.

Yeah, continuing to develop one of their staple franchises that people love and keeps cash coming in hand over fist is stupid. There is absolutely no conceivable way that a new gears, under a new studio, on a new engine, with new hardware, could ever possibly be good.
On top of the above statements, which are entirely devoid of sarcasm and ridicule, I simply hate videogames.

A universe like Gears is ripe for stories. They don't have to be good, so long as the gameplay holds up. Time and space go on forever.
I've long since learned to expect nothing from videogames story-wise. Personally, I feel spoiled by books and movies. Games just dont seem to hold up. Maybe as graphics become more convincing, devs will put more effort in. This gen could be a good one.
Although, Tom Clancy's pseudo-military stories aren't part...

Use some sense. People already know this game is fun to play, they have nothing to gain by spouting BS. At this point nothing can stop this game, as hard as the "insiders" may try.
