I guess MS didn't made them sign the contract that most devs have to sign that forces them to scale down the PS3 version so both will look very similar
it's a good point but I think this is mostly related to the 2011 demo taking place on a mainly dark setting, which didn't show all its graphical detail and quality on online streaming or the TV broadcast
so it was a little harder to see how good the 2011 demo was, I could only watch properly when I downloaded the press conference from the PSN in HD

I like the idea of Ninty and MS releasing in 2012 and 2013 respectively and then Sony on 2015

why? PS3 is selling just fine now worldwide, way ahead of 360, if MS releases a new console it will compete with the PS3 in sales and both will have similar numbers, and then after a while the PS4 is released and leaves the 720 behind in tech terms

why is it that people keep comparing the sales numbers of products released years apart?
maybe the best thing fo Sony will be wait at least two years after MS releases their console to launch a new PS so sales numbers will have to be match in timeframes, like it should be now

most core gamers don't care about it, I have absolutely no interest in it and I wouldn't take it even if they gave it to me for free, also every single thing they showed at E3 that feature it could be done better with a regular controller (or with the headset)

the combat/action portions are clearly on rails, controlling characters movement to access levels does not mean that it's not on rails, you might as well be scrolling through menues
