Nope. I've played the original many, many times and it takes long because there's so much to do and explore, just like all the other Souls, Borne and Sekiro game(s).

It will be bigger. I believe it's a PS5 only game, so it should be phenomenal. I cannot wait, GoW is top 3 of last gen for me, along with Bloodborne and Horizon ZD.
I've played and utterly loved 1 and 2. It's actually been a great shame I haven't played second son, but that will soon be rectified. Barring any cancellations or stock shortages, my preorder should be confirmed :D Pre-ordered Demon's Souls too. Cannot wait for the 19th. Wish it was the 12th but alas, it'll just be one incredibly long week.
Got an email from ShopTo earlier telling me to confirm or cancel my interest in pre-ordering. I of course confirmed as quick as I could. I was panicking ngl, thought I'd have to wait a month or more to go to Boletaria again 😅
Exactly. I live in the UK, so the show finished around 21:40-45. I checked websites immediately after and again an hour later or so. Saw no-one had started taking preorders so I took it easy, ate and went to sleep. Woke up and everywhere was sold out. Literally everywhere.
Well you're wrong. Sony stated preorders would go live at a certain date/time and that was completely broken. Many websites were sold out at the drop of a hat, guessing by scalpers using bots. Hoping nearer launch there's more stock allocated, otherwise it's a month or two wait for me which will be killer since Demon's Souls is my favourite game ever :(

Half a day? More like a few hours. Once one retailer broke the deadlock, everyone else rushed in. I watched the showcase live and once they said they'll go live on a certain date, I checked the websites just in case, saw nothing was live and went to sleep. Wake up and I see everything is sold out. I am pissed, will have to wait a month or month and a half now after launch to get one :/
Demon's Souls may be coming to PS4 too, going by what it said on the bottom at the end of the trailer. No way it's coming to Xbox, I just do not believe that. It's being made under the supervision of SIE Japan Studio, just like the original.
I bought CoD: MW at launch for £44. Sold it after 7 months for £40 😗 I like digital for the sales, but I'd never buy a recent release on digital.
I'll always welcome more people being able to play a game.

Yeah this has me wondering. Barring Miles & a few smaller titles, not sure what'll be there for launch. Demon's Souls would have made it a 100% launch day purchase but they didn't even show a date.
Yup, Series S' has already died before it has even launched. Absolute no brainer to get the PS5 DE for only $100 more. Even at $250 the Series S doesn't look enticing.
