/copy_calc), even a bog standard external HDD with a read/write speed of 100 MBps should transfer a 200GB file to the PS5 in just under 40 minutes.
Personally I'm not too fussed. I hope to have 1Gbps download speeds by the end of 2021 at the latest so downloading games will be ultra fast. At 1Gbps, you could download an entire terabyte worth of games in just under 2 and a half hours. I already have 362Mbps download so it's no slouch anyway.

Same. Would have loved a black console, but simply cannot wait, what with DeS being a launch title. Hope the plates can be removed. Then it'd just be a case of buying a new black controller, as opposed to forking over £450+ for a new console.
That would literally be a deathblow. With all MS titles already releasing on PC day one, having PS5 games do the same would mean there'd be no reason to own consoles bar Nintendo's offerings. Yes, people would still buy consoles but a huge incentive would be lost and PC would have a massive advantage in having all exclusives on their platform day 1.

Sony aren't going to throw around billions just to score brownie points or "get one over on MS" as some have been saying. Some on Reddit went even further and said Sony should acquire Take Two, a company worth 20% of the entirety of Sony 🙄😶

No chance. A remake is very different from creating a brand new game. Only From can do new souls/borne experiences, they are the masters.

BC is very nice though. I bought Witcher 3 so long ago but only played for about 2 hours, done the tutorial basically. CDPR said they're gonna give it a next gen upgrade, so I'm really looking forward to playing it for the first time in 4K60FPS with upgraded visuals.
