The disagrees are because most people think the game is mediocre. I tend to agree with the mass majority on this particular subject. But that's just my opinion. It's not a terrible game by any means, I just found it pretty average.
I don't have any system pre-ordered as of now because A. I'm broke and I knew I wouldn't be able to buy one, and B. My brother's buying one and we've always gamed together so I'll just roll over to his house and eat his food and play his games and and and and.
What's the need for them to "monitor communications"? For one thing, the law is completely messed up already, and a violation of our rights. See the Patriot Act.
I'm tired of companies doing crap like this. Sony, Microsoft, Flap Jack's House of Pancakes, idgaf. I don't want a company monitoring anything I do unless I give them permission to do so.
I agree that if the game bouncing between 30 and 60 FPS it will be incredibly annoying. Anyone that has experienced this will agree that a steady 30 FPS is much better than a spastic one.... But I'm sure the final build won't have that problem.
They're already essentially selling you a multiplayer only game. Considering the campaign is only 4 hours long and sucks major ass. I don't see your point.
As long as consoles continue to sell and compete with PCs, they will continue to be developed. Do I think consoles will become more like PCs? Yes, and they already are.
I think PS5 and XboxTwo(??) will have an upgrade system, and at different points in the hardware's lifespan, they will release upgrade "kits" that improve graphics, etc. That's how they'll maximize profits. Or maybe they won't do that, but to me that seems the most logical.
My opinion? It's obvious DICE doesn't give a shit about single player, so why didn't they just take it out completely? 4 hour campaign? Corny plot? idk I guess people will say "SOMETHING'S BETTER THAN NOTHING", but I feel like if the story really sucks that bad, scrap it, use that time to focus even more on multiplayer, and then your game will receive 9's and 10's instead of 7's and 8's, with a few 9's thrown in from people that understand the SP ...
lol what? Substantial? If you think that qualifies as a substantial difference, then you and I have a different definition of the word substantial. Also, if you're going to show me a comparison, at least make it of the same scene.
Why are they neglecting the campaign so much in the past couple entries? Everything is there for a blockbuster single player experience and yet they keep managing to blow it..
Oh well, the multiplayer looks #?$^ing amazing, and that's why I'm ultimately buying this game.
AC4 looks like crap either way lol. If the PS3 Vs. PS4 comparison I seen earlier is legit that is. That shit looks like a lazy ass port if I ever did see one.
Possible release early 2014? I don't knowwwwww about that one. They haven't even announced the game yet. Seriously doubt it'll come out in the next 4-5 months.
"Sudden hatred"? lol... I think people have stated their disdain for this game when it was released. In my opinion, the most overrated game I've ever played. 8.5/10 is much more accurate when talking about GTA4

Good news there. This gen has been milked dry and I couldn't be more ready for the new consoles. It just feels good to have those shiny new visuals.
Agreed. I feel fine about the installs. In fact, I'd be disappointed if the games weren't loaded like they are, because that would mean a lack in content and visuals. BUT 500gb is ridiculously small if most games will be around 50GB+. Luckily we can upgrade for pretty cheap so I guess I can't cry too much.
I don't see Valve doing very well in the established game market. Maybe NEXT gen, if they announce their console at E3 and market it as a real contender.
I agree it's not worth arguing over, but the differences between 720p, 900p and 1080p are very noticeable.
I don't understand the logic some of you have. If you buy a machine with the ability to do something, and someone doesn't make use of that because they're lazy, you think it's all good gravy? lol that's some silly goose logic right there.

It looks great for sure. Although I'm not that excited for this installment for 2 reasons.
1. Next gen is here and I had hoped GT6 would be developed on next gen hardware. GT7 is going to pump me up beyond belief.
2. GT5 looked amazing in the trailers as well, but the actual game honestly, in my opinion, didn't look THAT great. I was really let down by GT5 because I bought into all the hype and build up over the years, which is my own fault.
