So...MS thinks the average gamer is going to fork over $500 for a mid-gen upgraded console with NO exclusives?

BC is a nice feature, but it doesn't sell systems, and it doesn't excuse a poor lineup or total lack of exclusives.

Of course. Unlike MS, Sony has a HISTORY of delivering on great EXCLUSIVES. It's kinda why Sony ALWAYS beats out MS EVERY generation. Plus Sony didn't botch the PS4 introduction. And Sony didn't ABANDON it's core crowd like MS did towards the end of last gen like MS did. And what does me being excited about the PS4 have to do with MS's lack of exclusives?

At least the fanboys FINALLY have something to get hyped about. Too bad it's not games, and too bad they'll just end up being disappointed...again...like always. Seriously, when was the last time MS ACTUALLY delivered on ANY of it's promises?

Oh yeah, this console has no exclusives. Time to get excited. All aboard the MS hype-train! Just like when MS announced "cloud powerz", or the Kinect, or Kinect 2, or Scalebound. And we all remember how those worked out, don't we?

But I can play Xbox games on PC so...

@moldy so...you're a pc gamer now? Makes sense. The Xbox One has no games worth talking about, and most of their "exclusives" can be played on PC so I can see why you'd rather identify yourself now with the pc crowd then with the Xbox crowd.
OT: The Xbox crowd sure does seem excited about the upcoming Scorpio. I wonder how many of them are going to buy a 4K tv as well, because honestly, a 4K system without a 4K TV is rather pointless. But then again, a 4K system tha...
